To continue deepening cooperation in the global pharmaceutical industry and expand international business opportunities, our General Manager led members of the product development team to attend the major international pharmaceutical industry event held in Tokyo, Japan from April 21 to 23, 2026 — CPHI Japan 2026. The exhibition brought together leading companies and experts from the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, active pharmaceutical ingredients, medical devices and innovative technologies worldwide, making it one of Asia's most influential platforms for pharmaceutical industry exchange. During the exhibition, the team held in-depth discussions with a number of biotech and pharmaceutical companies from Japan and Europe, exchanging views on new product development, raw-material supply-chain planning, technology-licensing cooperation and future market trends, and actively seeking potential collaboration opportunities.
Meetings with Japanese and Latvian Pharmaceutical Partners
One focus of the visit was meeting with a number of Japanese pharmaceutical-related companies. The Japanese market has long been known for its rigorous quality management, stringent regulatory requirements and innovative R&D capabilities. Through face-to-face exchange, both sides held thorough discussions on product development strategies, market needs and future cooperation models, laying a solid foundation for subsequent business collaboration.
In addition, the team met with representatives from Latvia's biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. In recent years, Latvia has actively developed its life sciences and biotechnology industries and has demonstrated strong R&D and manufacturing capacity within the EU market. The two sides exchanged views on topics such as raw-material supply, biologics, product introduction and regional market cooperation, with the hope of further establishing a strategic partnership in the future.
Remarks from General Manager Lin Tsai-ling
By taking part in the CPHI Japan international exhibition, we not only keep abreast of the latest trends in the global pharmaceutical industry but also actively build connections with quality partners from different countries. Facing rapid change in the global healthcare market, the company will continue to strengthen its international cooperation network, seek innovative products and technology platforms with strong growth potential, and bring more quality treatment options to Taiwan's healthcare market.
Deepening Our International Cooperation Footprint
In addition to deepening existing partnerships, this exhibition also provided a better understanding of developments in the Asian and European markets in areas such as new drug development, biologics, specialized medical needs and supply-chain management. Going forward, the company will continue to uphold its philosophy of "introducing innovation, creating value and improving the quality of patient care," actively expanding international cooperation opportunities and providing healthcare professionals and patients with more diverse treatment options of clinical value.
