Responsibilities
  • Market and competitive analysis: gather and analyze domestic and international pharmaceutical information and competitor movements, building a systematic database to support decision-making.
  • New product planning and development: assess the feasibility of introducing new products (market demand, clinical value, financial viability), formulate market-entry strategies and propose medium- to long-term introduction roadmaps.
  • Project execution and operations management: lead cross-departmental projects (including regulatory, sales, etc.), ensuring targets for schedule, quality and cost are met; produce sales data reports and related pharmaceutical / disease research analyses.
Requirements

Medical Science Liaison

Responsibilities
  • Academic support: provide academic support for the company's products, helping medical professionals understand product application, efficacy and safety — including literature provision, training and professional consultation.
  • Medical education: develop and deliver medical education materials, holding seminars, training courses and online resources to convey information to medical professionals, patients and stakeholders.
  • Academic collaboration: build partnerships with academic institutions and medical centers to advance joint research, clinical trials and academic conferences.
  • Scientific communication: translate scientific knowledge into an accessible form for medical professionals, patients and the media; write academic articles, deliver talks and produce promotional materials.
  • Product strategy support: work with other departments to incorporate academic and scientific knowledge into the company's product strategy.
  • Handle documentation work; the role sits within the Marketing Department and carries out related duties.

Marketing Specialist / Assistant Manager

Marketing Specialist / Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
  • Understand the needs of clients in the medical and biotech industry, and together with department colleagues provide appropriate services and maintain day-to-day relationships.
  • Build, promote, operate and manage existing brands, products and the company's overall image, and plan and produce related promotional materials.
  • Provide sales tools (product catalogs, brochures, competitive comparisons, benefit analyses, etc.) and other business support.
  • Write and plan marketing proposals, prepare and execute the company's external marketing activities (such as exhibitions), and conduct benefit analysis and recommendations.
  • Coordinate the execution of product marketing activities and customer briefings.
  • Research competitor products and gather information to provide the latest updates.
  • Market trend analysis, sales analysis and marketing data reports; research and analyze related pharmaceuticals and diseases.
Requirements
Relevant experience in the medical industry required; experience with medical devices is a plus.
